Oh no, not again!!

Your meal is over, you have just pushed the plate away for the 3rd time, and you feel bloated and disgusting.

You are angry at yourself because you promised just yesterday that you WOULD NOT do that again.

And if that’s not bad enough, less than an hour later you feel like you need to eat again.

Why does this happen? Why do you overeat?!

Is it your fault? Or is there some underlying reason which controls the situation that can be corrected, while empowering you to change this destructive habit?

    Good info. How do you train the body in reverse? How is it possible to know for sure there is a hunger vs. some other craving?
