We seek to answer most customer service questions within one (1) business day, and all health-related questions within three (3) business days. (We often do so sooner, and sometimes later. We are still a small organization, so please be patient, if you do not hear back from us within a reasonable time, you are welcome to write again.)
If you have an Urgent Support Issue, please submit a support ticket and mark the Priority level as “High”
If you have an Urgent Health Issue, then for GOD’s sake, stop reading this message and seek immediate medical attention!
Feedback comments and Testimonials should also be submitted though the Help Desk also. We greatly appreciate your feedback: the good, the bad, and (even) the ugly; as it all helps us improve our service to you. Just try to remember that, like you, we are people with feelings, not a “company”. As for Urgent Feedback Comments….we don’t believe there is such a thing as an “Urgent Feedback Comment”.
